Identify your role - Registered Representative or Administrative User
For a Registered Representative, provide the last 4 digits of your SSN, primary rep ID and name.
For an Administrative User, provide primary rep ID and name.
Enter the code provided and submit.
If the answers you submit match those stored in your profile, then your User ID will be retrieved and emailed to the address listed in your profile.
